Spiced Quinoa

Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cup quinoa rinse
1 ½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander and parsley
1 tablespoon tamari
3 tablespoon vegetable stock powder
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Directions

Cook quinoa as per instructions on packet.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients.  Adjust seasonings to taste.   Enjoy as a substitute to rice or mixed through a salad
