Raw Purple Cabbage Slaw

RAW PURPLE CABBAGE SLAW

Ingredients
½ cups purple cabbage shredded
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon tamari  (health food shop or health section supermarket)
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Optional Ingredients
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
6 chopped pitted olives
Handful of capers
Sliced avocado
Shred cabbage finely

Directions

Whisk together the other ingredients, adding the tahini last.  Pour over the cabbage and mix well.  Add the optional ingredients, if desired.
