400 g rolled oats
100 g pumpkin seeds
100g sunflower seeds
100g raw nut mix, chopped (process in food processor or chop by hand)
2 teaspoons grated nutmeg or cinnamon
4 tablespoons desiccated coconut or grated fresh coconut (sugar free)
(I also add chia seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds, 50 g each)

Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated.    You can add 2-3 tablespoons of protein powder to make you feel full for longer.  Mix through handful of blueberries, strawberries or raspberries with ½ cup muesli.  Add milk the night before to make a Bircher style muesli.
