Baked Veggies with Green Salad

BAKED VEGGIES WITH GREEN SALAD

Ingredients
Slice thinly beetroot, zucchini, carrot, parsnip, pumpkin,
Slice some red onion, chopped asparagus, whole piece of garlic.

Directions

Bake all these ingredients in oven for approximately 15 – 20 minutes on 160 degrees.
Mix through a variety of green salads with some avocado and feta cheese, fresh herbs.  Add some protein.  Fish, chicken, beef etc.
