ANGE’S LUNCH anges-salad-1

Ingredients
Add any type of salad – MAKE IT DELISH.   Put your heart into your food.
With salad you can have as much as you want.   If you make too much, have leftovers for lunch the next day.
Baby spinach leaves, Chopped rocket, Shredded red cabbage, Diced capsicum, Chopped cucumber, Small piece of feta cheese, small cherry tomatoes, chopped mint, chopped coriander, chopped parsley, shredded beetroot, ¼ avocado, ¼ cup cooked quinoa, 100 grams of protein (i.e. chicken, fish, beef etc) chopped into bite size pieces and mixed into salad.

Dressing – 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon tamari sauce, 1 teaspoon tahini, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (from health food shop).   Make extra and store in fridge.
